  • What are the best tiles for floors?

    Although some manufacturers say that their ceramic tiles are ok for floors we still suggest you choose Porcelain tiles.

    These are much stronger and more likely to survive things being dropped on them.

  • Can you help design my bathroom?

    We offer a free home visit service by an experienced plumber. We will take all measurements required and determine as best as possible the sorts of things that would be suitable.

    From this we will invite you into the showroom to discuss your options and give you guidance on the types of things possible. 

    We will not however decide which bath or toilet  you need, that will be your choice.

  • Am I able to order/pay over the phone?

    If you are sure of the product that you want and have the details to hand we are more than happy to take your order over the phone.

    We would require payment at the time of ordering and we are able to take payment over the phone.


  • Can I get a full refund?

    Only in some circumstances.

    If the goods that you have recieved are faulty through manufacturing then you would be able to recieve a full refunded or have a replacement.

    If you have changed your mind once something has been ordered then we would need to charge a re-stocking fee that we are charged by the manufacturers as it is generally dispatched the same day. Details can be obtained at the time of ordering from our office.

  • What is your return policy?

    All goods recieved by the customer must be checked an we must be notified within 24 hours where possible.

    This allows us to act within the manufacturers timescale for returns and faults.

  • Do you have many displays?

    We have the largest display showroom for bathrooms, thiles, showers and enclosures in the south east.

    We display over 300 types of tiles and over 30 types of shower enclosures along with shower fittings and baths.

    We can't unfortunately display everything or we would need a showroom the size of Wembly.

  • Do you supply plumbing parts as well?

    Yes. 

    We are also a plumbers merchants supplying to the public and trade.

    Everything that you need to fit or repair plumbing we are able to supply.

  • Do we provide a fitting service?

    No.

    We do however recommend tried and trusted bathroom fitters. We have seen examples of their work and have recieved good reviews from their customers.
